Meet Dr. Steven Johnson
Steven L. Johnson DDS
Dr. Johnson was born and raised in Orem, Utah. After serving a two-year church mission in Samoa, Dr. Johnson attended Brigham Young University, where he received his Bachelor’s Degree in Biology. He then earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery at the University of Southern California. The dental school staff awarded him the Behavioral Dentistry Award, given to the graduating senior who “demonstrated outstanding humanistic qualities in treatment of patients.”
Upon graduating, Dr. Johnson served in the US Army for eight years as a dentist and endodontist. He was stationed at a number of different locations, including South Korea. He completed his residency in Endodontics and Master’s Degree in Oral Biology through the US Army in Augusta, Georgia.
Dr. Johnson and his wife, Alana, have four children. They enjoy exploring local areas and sights, boating on Lake Kaweah, being outdoors, and visiting Morro Bay. They are grateful to live and work in the Visalia community and love calling the Central Valley home.
